Lauren is a Small Business Consultant focused on helping local business owners gain visibility using attraction marketing. She is the former Director of Business Development at a boutique brokerage in Wake Forest, North Carolina, where she applied her expertise working with multiple social media platforms to train and assist a team of brokers in expanding their online presence and using the tools available to them to advertise, generate interest in, and sell homes. In addition to her social media savvy, Lauren also brings 10+ years of experience in Property Management, during which time she has bought, renovated, rented, and sold over a half a dozen homes across New York and North Carolina.

Kim is a Health & Mindset Coach and Marketing Expert. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and has almost 10 years of experience in a variety of areas including media buying, written communications, editing, social media and public relations.
